About Kayani Construction
Although Kayani is a relatively small company, we’ve positioned ourselves to have a huge impact. Launched in 2015, we saw a need to be a trusted source for managing construction projects.
Often people residing overseas would access their National Housing Trust (NHT) benefits and then leave a friend or relative in charge of the building project. A lot of these projects, however, would be poorly managed, and occasionally a friend or family member would take the money and use it for other things.
Kayani Construction is specifically set up to assist people who live abroad and want to construct in Jamaica. Although formal contractual agreements are less common in Jamaica, persons who live abroad generally value and expect them. The Kayani strategy lowers project risk and offers a path to legal action in the event of a disagreement.
